Three Games, One Subscription — and a Price You’ll Notice

Sony confirmed on May 26, 2026 that the June PlayStation Plus monthly lineup includes Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. All three are available to claim from Tuesday, June 2 to Monday, July 6, 2026.

As a bonus, EA Sports FC 26 stays on as a monthly game through June 16 — timed to the World Cup. This is also the first PS Plus lineup announced since Sony raised subscription prices on May 20, 2026. If you have not yet claimed May’s PS Plus lineup, the window closes June 1.

All three June titles lean into co-op and multiplayer. Grounded and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 are available on both PS5 and PS4. Darktide is PS5 only.

Obsidian Entertainment · Xbox Game Studios
Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition
Developer: Obsidian Entertainment  ·  Publisher: Xbox Game Studios

Four teenagers shrunk to the size of an ant, stranded in a suburban backyard. Developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Xbox Game Studios, Grounded launched on PC and Xbox in September 2022 before arriving on PS4 and PS5 in April 2024. The Fully Yoked Edition is the final content version — adding Ant Queens, New Game+, and over 20 new items.

Up to four players can play together in online co-op, building bases, crafting weapons from insect remains, and uncovering the mystery of how they ended up miniaturized. It plays through a full story campaign, and the survival loop is accessible enough for both newcomers and genre veterans. The game also includes an arachnophobia-friendly mode that reduces the visual intensity of spiders.

Its presence on PS Plus is notable: this is an Xbox-published title now accessible through Sony’s subscription service. Fatshark · Stockholm, Sweden
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide
Developer & Publisher: Fatshark  ·  PS5 only

Developed and published by Stockholm-based studio Fatshark — the team behind the Warhammer: Vermintide series — Darktide is a four-player co-op first-person shooter set in the grimdark far future of Warhammer 40,000. Players take on the role of condemned prisoners pressed into service, battling through the Hive City of Tertium against Chaos forces. The game launched on PC on November 30, 2022, and came to PS5 on December 3, 2024.

Unlike the Vermintide titles, Darktide splits combat roughly equally between melee and gunplay. Playable classes include the Ogryn — a massive abhuman from the Astra Militarum (Imperial Guard) — the Zealot, the Veteran, and the Psyker. Notably, no class in Darktide is a Space Marine; the game operates at a lower tier of the setting’s military hierarchy. Also worth noting for players tracking live-service game updates, Darktide continues to receive consistent content drops.

🔧 New Class Arriving June 23, 2026
Announced at Warhammer Skulls 2026, the Skitarii Alpha Primus joins Darktide on June 23, 2026 as paid DLC for $11.99. The Skitarii is drawn from the Adeptus Mechanicus — the tech-priest faction — and brings Arc weapons, Phosphor Blasters, Galvanic Rifles, and Transonic Blades. Its non-linear talent tree supports long-range, melee, or electricity-focused builds. A companion servo skull can attack enemies, provide healing, and deploy a flamethrower. Executive Producer Juan Martinez said: “Bringing a Mechanicus Skitarii class to Darktide has been a dream of ours for a long time.” A free Expeditions update also arrives June 23, adding new map areas and two new enemy types — the Traitor Vanguard and Cultist Vanguard.

Fair Play Labs & Ludosity
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2
Developer: Fair Play Labs & Ludosity  ·  Publisher: GameMill Entertainment

Released in 2023, this platform fighter from Fair Play Labs and Ludosity expands on the original with a larger roster, fully voiced characters, cinematic Supers, and a roguelike single-player campaign. The roster includes SpongeBob SquarePants, Squidward Tentacles, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Jimmy Neutron, and more.

If you’ve played platform fighters in the vein of Super Smash Bros., the mechanics here will feel familiar. Each character has unique move sets, and Supers add a match-turning element to matches. Available on both PS5 and PS4, it’s the most accessible title in June’s lineup across age groups. It can be played solo or online.
