The popular fighting game For Honor has reintroduced its Prince of Persia crossover event after a five-year hiatus. The “Blades of Persia” event, which first appeared in 2020, returned on April 24 and will run until May 14, 2025.

Players can now transform into the Warrior Prince by using a special Hero Skin for the Aramusha character. The event package includes the skin, a seven-day Champion Status boost, and three scavenger crates containing random gear.

This mid-season update also brings several other additions to the game. From May 29 to June 5, players can participate in the Chimera Banquet event featuring the Heralds of Chimera game mode – a best-of-seven 4v4 battle format.

The update introduces Hero Fests, giving players opportunities to try specific characters for free. Upcoming Hero Fests include Nuxia (May 15-22), Warmonger (May 22-29), and Pirate (June 5-12). During each fest, players can purchase the featured character at a reduced price and access a unique execution move only available during that period.

Ubisoft has made several gameplay adjustments in this Title Update 2. The Heroes page now allows players to change loadout previews directly from character selection screens. Balance changes have been applied to several fighters: Varangian Guard and Warmonger’s Light Openers are no longer enhanced, Nobushi has increased sideways movement for certain moves, and Khatun’s attack trajectories have been adjusted to match weapon visuals better.

The return of the Prince of Persia crossover has sparked positive reactions within the For Honor community, with players particularly praising the Aramusha Warrior Prince skin. Many veteran players who experienced the original 2020 event have expressed enthusiasm about its return.

For Honor continues to be playable on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC through Ubisoft Connect, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Players with a Ubisoft+ Premium subscription can also access the game.
