Mod warning (Nov 6–10)▾
Bethesda states that Fallout 4 Mods and Creation Club are offline Nov 6–10, 2025. Users can still change load order and play. Mods that change the main menu may break after the update; disabling such mods before Nov 10 is advised.

Key fixes and performance▾
VATS accuracy is corrected so hit chances no longer drop to 0% or show incorrect values; targeting through walls without the Penetrator perk is removed. UI/HUD scale correctly at 21:9 and 32:9. Resolution autodetect reduces startup crashes; an ultrawide crafting-station crash is addressed.
