Epic Games Store continues its tradition of giving away free games with two new titles this week. From August 7 to August 14, gamers can claim 112 Operator and Road Redemption at no cost on PC, while mobile users can grab 112 Operator through the Epic Games Store mobile app.
Both games offer distinct gaming experiences. 112 Operator puts players in charge of emergency services where they manage dispatchers, take calls, and handle situations ranging from traffic accidents to natural disasters. Players can choose from over 100,000 real-world locations to protect, including their own hometown. Originally priced at $24.99, this emergency dispatch simulator developed by Jutsu Games and published by Games Operators delivers a unique crisis management experience.
Road Redemption offers a different kind of thrill as a motorcycle combat racing game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Developed by Pixel Dash Studios, this spiritual successor to the classic Road Rash series lets players race at high speeds while using various weapons against opponents. The game includes a 4-player split-screen co-op option and features a progression system where players can upgrade their character, bike, and weapons. Road Redemption normally sells for $19.99.
Mobile users can access 112 Operator for free through the Epic Games Store mobile app, which is available on Android devices worldwide and on iOS devices in the European Union only. This regional limitation is due to regulatory differences, with Epic’s mobile store launching in the EU thanks to the Digital Markets Act.
