There’s some disagreement among gaming sites about the expiration of the first code. Some say it doesn’t expire while others list September 30 as the end date. It’s best to redeem it soon to be safe.
How to Use SHiFT Codes
Using these codes is simple but requires a few steps:
- Create a free SHiFT account on Gearbox’s website if you don’t have one
- Link your gaming platform (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch) to your SHiFT account
- Redeem codes either on the SHiFT website under the “Rewards” tab or in-game through Pause Menu > SHiFT > Rewards
- Check your in-game mailbox for your Golden Keys
